J.B. Allen represents institutional property owners, investors, REITs and developers in all aspects of the acquisition, disposition, development, management, leasing and financing of retail, residential, mixed-use, hotel and industrial properties. J.B. advises clients in areas such as asset management, legal and regulatory compliance, distressed asset and distressed loan acquisition and disposition, corporate governance and organizational structure. Prior to joining BUPD, J.B. practiced at DLA Piper LLP (US) and Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
