| Nicholas J. Beard
Nicholas Beard concentrates his practice in commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas gained considerable experience working as a summer associate with the Chicago Transit Authority's tort litigation division and as a clerk with the Illinois Attorney General's Office Department of Corrections Division. With the aforementioned positions, Nicholas was actively involved in a wide range of matters including civil rights litigation, personal injury, and contract claims.
Nicholas graduated from Miami University receiving a bachelor's degree in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law where he was President of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.
