| David A. Epstein Of Counsel
David is a highly respected and well known Chicago attorney who has practiced in Illinois for 40 years. He served 10 years as a judge of the Illinois Court of Claims. His government service includes 15 years as counsel to the Democratic Leadership of the Illinois House of Representatives, including six years as House Parliamentarian. He has also served as Village Attorney and special counsel for Illinois municipalities.
He was born in Chicago, Illinois (1943) and is a graduate of the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools. He received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law (1968) and holds a B.S. in Chemistry from University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana 1965).
David was formerly a partner of the law firms Much Shelist Freed Denenberg & Ament, P.C. and Carroll, Sain & Epstein, Ltd. He has practiced at David A. Epstein, Ltd. since 1994.
