For the past 25 years Dennis has concentrated his practice in the service of governmental entities and private clients dealing with those entities. The broad spectrum of issues that Dennis has addressed in the course of his practice, have given him experience before various tribunals ranging from administrative bodies to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeal, and the Illinois Appellate Court, where he has numerous published opinions.

He also represents private parties in matters unrelated to governmental law including contract disputes, arbitration, civil rights and real estate disputes.
