Kathy is BUPD’s real estate administrator, over-seeing a staff of approximately ten clerks, paralegals, and assistants in coordinating and concluding various types of real estate transactions. Kathy has supervised over a thousand closings per year over the last two years. Kathy has also put in thirty years of experience in a wealth of real estate transactions.
