Michael J. Delrahim

Michael represents a wide range of clients, including public exchange traded and privately held corporations and partnerships with respect to real estate development. His experience includes, but is not limited to, acquisition, disposition and construction of residential condominium projects, mixed use developments, office buildings and industrial properties. Additionally, Michael counsels clients with respect to matters such as partnership formation and disputes, leasing and landlord/tenant disputes. He is an adjunct professor of law at Chicago-Kent College of Law - IIT, teaching Real Estate Fundamentals and Syndication.
