Affiliate of Chieftain Group to Develop 31-Story Residential Tower

Brown, Udell, Pomerantz & Delrahim, Ltd. announces its representation of an affiliate of the Chieftain Group, an Ireland-based developer, with respect to its development the Lexington Park Condominiums: a 35-story tower containing 333 residential units, as well as over 18,000 square feet of commercial space. The Lexington Park Condominiums will be the first LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Certified condominium project in the expanding South Loop neighborhood of Chicago.
