Jdl. Development recently announced its plans to develop The Grand Lofts, a project comprised of nearly 200 affordable residential units in Franklin Park, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. The Grand Lofts will be constructed using the existing structure on the site, a former Motorola factory.
