Brown, Udell, Pomerantz & Delrahim, Ltd. announces its representation of Related Midwest LLC, formerly LR Development Company LLC, as its outside general counsel. Related Midwest, an affiliate of New York-based The Related Companies, is currently developing a number of high-rise projects in Chicago: The Peshtigo, a 57-story residential tower located in Streeterville, designed by award-winning architect Ralph Johnson of Perkins + Will; and, 340 on the Park, a 61-story residential tower located on historic Grant Park. In addition, Related Midwest is currently developing Chicago’s newest redeveloped community, Roosevelt Square; sitting on over 100 acres on Chicago’s Near West Side, when completed Roosevelt Square will encompass over 37 city blocks and contain over 2,400 residential units.
