Since graduating from Northwestern University School of Law in 1990, Mike has advised numerous clients on a wide variety of legal matters, including: complex commercial and real estate related litigation; sophisticated transactional and corporate matters; and real estate acquisition, development and leasing. Mike’s clients have included real estate developers, financial institutions, investment groups, manufacturing companies, and other small-to-medium sized businesses. Mike has successfully represented clients in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. Mike has been featured on CBS’s 60 Minutes and several local television newscasts. Mike joined BUPD in 1997.
