Senior Counsel

Tony represents sellers and purchasers in acquisitions, dispositions and development transactions of residential and commercial real estate, including shopping centers, condominium development, single family homes and office buildings. He represents lenders and borrowers in residential and commercial real estate financing. Tony also drafts and negotiates leases and agreements for retail, industrial, and warehouse clients.
