Robert Wertheimer

Formerly a corporate partner with Piper Rudnick, Mr. Wertheimer has thirty-nine years of corporate and tax experience with emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, corporate counseling and estate planning. He has represented numerous clients from a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, entertainment, retail, health care, and trade organizations. He has served as corporate counsel to privately held businesses, public companies, entrepreneurs, professional service firms, and non-profit organizations. Mr. Wertheimer has been a frequent speaker before business groups on a variety of legal and other topics. He is involved in a number of civic and charitable activities in which he has held many leadership positions.
